Communicating Customer Value Advertising Page 375

Form a committee to promote the charity event. Brainstorm ideas of what you can do to promote the charity event without it costing very much. Decide what you can spend on advertising--if you can't get it free--so you can narrow down your choices. However, if you follow Steps 2 to 6, you shouldn't need to spend much on promoting your event.

Produce fliers. This can be accomplished with your own computer and distributed by either bulk mail or hand.

Make tickets that you can sell for the charity event. Selling tickets is a way to promote the charity event, because people will see when and where it is being held and also the cost.

Advertise in the local paper especially if it is a big charity event. Sometimes local papers won't charge you if they are listed as a sponsor of the charity event.

Use the Internet to announce the coming charity event to everyone you know connected to the charity. Sending one email to all involved, with the details, rather than calling--and possibly getting stuck talking--will save time and money.

Talk to the local radio and TV channels to see if they will sponsor the event. This will allow you to attract even more people for your charity event. How much you need to promote will depend on the charity event you are planning. http://www.ehow.com/how_2157477_promote-charity-event.html

Situation or SWOT Analysas

2 Companies and Marketing Strategy Partnering to Build Customer Relationships:

“Nike creates deep brand community with its customers. For example, the Nike+ running system—iPod-linked Nike shoes and the Nike+ Web site—can be the next best thing to your own personal trainer or jogging buddy. Collectively, the Nike+ community has logged the equivalent of 4,600 trips around the world or 240 journeys to the moon and back.

The value delivery system: L’Oréal builds long-term supplier relationships based on mutual benefit and growth. It “wants to make L’Oréal a top performer and one of the world’s most respected companies. Being respected also means being respected by our suppliers.”

DreCo Media "$15 closer to our future, $15 given to save"

DreCo Media has a huge upper hand with this because of the location of the event and hip hop roots being there weekly as well. the event or lets say concert will be held during the hip hop roots day and time. so not only will it bring all those weekly attendees most of them are made up of musicians and promoters. Many of the club personal go to hip hop roots searching for fresh talent.

Buisness Mission Statement

I have had a long dream of reaching out and helping children with poor or no parental guidance and give the love and direction needed. I completely understand that this is being done all over the world by organizations like Big Brothers and Sisters. I personally have lived a large portion of my life in a under privileged society and understand that many children need help and will be lacking the knowledge to move forward and do well in there adult life's. I am so heartfelt, for the ones who I personally have grown up with that i watched fall apart. I feel like I can relate because most of my close friends did not have their fathers growing up and i watched them grow up vary angry. It saddens me when I see kids like this because I know more than half of them are going to ruin their lives and sickens me that I can’t help every single one. I have been given certain tools that most of them will not be handed. It’s our duty to spread knowledge and I feel Las Vegas is where we should start. Children who are deprived appropriate direction in low income societies. The goal is to provide these children proper attention and direction, keeping them from gangs and drugs.

The Tide marketing team’s deep immersion research with consumers revealed some important insights: Although Tide and laundry aren’t the most important things in customers’ lives, women have a strong emotional connection with their clothing.

EOC Week 5 1995 Super Bowl ad bud frogs

The commercial began with a scene of a swamp at nighttime, and a close-up of Bud rhythmically croaking his name. Later Weis and Er join in. They croak rather randomly for about ten seconds, until Bud, Weis, and Er begin croaking in sequence, thus forming the Budweiser name. Their croaking becomes quicker as the camera pulls back to show a bar with a large neon Budweiser sign glowing in the night.

Week Three EOC: My Demographics

To start i would like to post these demographics.
DEMOGRAPHIC boom in babies: 1946-1964
Baby Boom GENERATION: 1942-1953
Generation Jones: 1954-1965
Generation X: 1966-1978
Generation Y: 1979-1993

I checked this out before and i was generation x. Besides all that Gen x is a change excepted we went through many changes with technology, music, business War, Gangs, Looks, and interest changed a lot as well. I like to say I'm a jack of all trades because at one time or another i have probably done it and if i haven't i analyzed the hell out of it so if i had to do it i could. My Father was a High ranking Army SF Green Beret who served two terms or better said all the way through Vietnam start to finished. We had nothing than growing up than through hard work and dedication to work from my Mother and Father they hit the Big promotions at the same time. My mother GM of Bullocks and Pops Regional GM of Big O Tires. This were looking up and like was fun for me at 9-10 years old moving from San Dimas, CA ( Los Angles ) to Orange County, CA. My mother got a 100k a year raise from 28-30 k yr straight to 130,00 a year. Long story short we all move to a brand new two story 2,000 + Sq foot home and two year later Macy bought out Bullocks. Than decided to fire my Mom who worked her whole life to get there. Instant Poor again. That's my relation to Gen X. You gotta fake it ta make it cuz if you don't you wont. A little saying my old mentors who were millionaires at the time taught me. Nice guys finish last...
